Account Security

How b77 Keeps Your Account Safe

Security on b77 is built into the login process itself, not something bolted on afterward. Every time you log in, your session is protected through multiple layers.

All connections to b77.ng use SSL encryption, which means the data between your browser and the platform is encrypted end-to-end. Whether you are logging in from a smartphone in Quezon City or a laptop in Cebu, the connection is secured before your credentials are sent.

OTP verification adds a second layer on top of your password. Even if someone else knew your login details, they could not access your account without the one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. This is active by default on every b77 account.

Keep Your OTP Private
b77 will never ask you for your OTP through chat, email, or phone call. If anyone contacts you claiming to be b77 support and asks for your OTP or password, do not share it. Report suspicious contact to [email protected].

Security Best Practices

Use a strong, unique password for your b77 account
Never share your password or OTP with anyone
Log out after your session on shared devices
Keep your registered mobile number up to date
Contact support immediately if you notice unexpected activity

Having Trouble Logging In?

Most login issues come down to one of a few common causes. Here is how to work through them.

Wrong Password

Double-check that your caps lock is off and you are using the password you set when you registered. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you cannot remember your password, contact support at [email protected] to request a reset.

OTP Not Arriving

OTP messages can occasionally be delayed by your mobile network. Wait a minute and try requesting a new code. Make sure you are checking the correct Philippine mobile number registered to your b77 account. If the issue continues, contact support.

Account Not Recognised

Make sure you are entering the mobile number or email address you used when you registered. If you are unsure which one you signed up with, contact support with your full name and b77 will help verify your account details.
